However, none on behalf of them is appeared. In view thereof, this application is allowed. 3] The Petitioner is permitted to carryout necessary amendment for bringing the legal the names of Respondent Nos.3(a) to 3(d) on record within three weeks and copy of the amendment petition will be served on them.
