P.C. :- Challenge is to a letter dated 10 October 2014 informing the Petitioner that he was being terminated as a Librarian from the Respondent No.2 - College. Termination was on account of the fact that the University Management Council of the Pune University did not grant approval to the Petitioner's appointment as a Librarian.

The Petitioner can file an appeal under Section 59 of the Maharashtra University Act, 1994 against the impugned order 3.

Since question of fact arise for consideration, we dispose of the Petition clarifying that we have not expressed any opinion on the merits of the dispute. If the Petitioner prefers an Appeal against the impugned order under Section 59 of the Act of 1994 within 30 days from today, the Appellate Authority shall treat the Appeal as having been filed within limitation for the reason the Writ Petition of the year 2015 has remained pending in this Court till today.
