This is a second time that the applicant has preferred this application for bail pending his appeal. His first bail application pending his appeal was rejected by a reasoned order dated 14.2.2020.

Learned counsel for the applicant states that the applicant is in custody for more than 5 years and 2 months out of the sentence of ten years. She submits that if the matter is listed for final hearing in near future, she is not pressing this application.
