Heard the learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner and the learned AGP for the Respondents. The Petitioner has statutory remedies available under the Maharashtra Land Revenue Code, 1966 for challenging the impugned notice. Hence, we decline to entertain the Petition and the same is disposed of by granting liberty to the Petitioner to adopt appropriate remedy.

To enable the Petitioner to adopt appropriate remedy, we direct that no action shall be taken on the basis of the impugned notice for a period of one week from tomorrow.
