The learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that she does not want to proceed against the Respondent No.3. His name be deleted from title clause.

Considering the statement of learned counsel for the Petitioner name of Respondent No.3 be deleted from title clause. Amendment to carryout forthwith.

The learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that petitioner's Application is pending before the Respondent no.2-State, since eight months. The Respondent No. 2 has kept the said Application for order, yet order is not passed. Hence, requested to allow the Petition.

The learned counsel for the Respondents submits that matter is kept for order and he will inform to the Authority to decide that the Application on its own merit as early as possible. 4.

Considering the submissions of both the learned counsel, I pass following order.

ORDER

i.

Writ Petition is allowed.

ii.

Respondent No. 2 shall decide the pending Application as early as possible preferably within four weeks. (S. G. DIGE, J.) 2/2
