PRADEEP NANDRAJOG, C.J. & SMT. BHARATI DANGRE, J.

DATED :

24th JANUARY, 2020.

P.C:- 1.

After some arguments, counsel seeks leave to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to file a properly drafted Writ Petition along therewith annex G.R. dated 11th January, 2017, the vires whereof is challenged.

2.

As we understand the case of the Petitioner is that the G.R. AJN

3.

The proposed Petition should not be prolix as in the instant Petition. The Petition should be targeted to questioning the virus of the G.R. dated 11th January, 2017 and we expect the Petition not to be more than 6-8 pages.

4.

Granting liberty as prayed for, the instant Writ Petition is disposed of.
