It is seen that Revision Application No.332 of 2019 filed by the petitioners challenging the sale conducted on 6th June, 2019 in respect of Shop No.5, Shree Ganesh Co-operative Housing Society Limited, Plot No.1, Sector

Priya Soparkar 506 wp 12410-19 28, Nerul, Navi Mumbai is fixed for hearing on 27th January, 2020.

Learned counsel for the petitioners has drawn the attention of the court to an order passed on 3rd September, 2019, whereby Revisional Authority had directed respondents not to take any further steps in respect of the suit property till the next date. However, learned counsel for respondent Nos.1 and 2 submits that possession of the suit property has been given to the auction purchaser.

Be that as it may, till the Revision Application No.332 of 2019 is heard and decided, the aforesaid interim order dated 3rd September, 2019 passed by the Revisional Authority shall continue.

Writ Petition is disposed of.
