The Office note indicates that respondent nos. 2A, 2B and 2D who are proposed to be brought on record as legal heirs of the respondent no.2 have refused to accept service. 2.

By this civil application, the applicant seeks to bring the legal heirs of the respondent no.2 on record and for condonation of delay in filing civil application.

The applicant has already filed affidavit of service on 24th June, 2019.

For the reasons recorded in the civil application, the applicant has made out a case for impleadment of the respondent nos. 2A to 2D as legal heirs of the respondent no.2.

Civil application is made absolute in terms of prayer clauses (A) to (C). No order as to costs.

Amendment to be carried out within two weeks from today. Amended copy of the second appeal shall be served upon all the respondents including newly added respondents within one week from the date of carrying out amendment.

Place the second appeal on board for admission on 15th October,2019.
