The above Civil Applications have been filed for recall of the common Judgment and Order dated 18th September 2017 passed by a Division Bench of this Court (A.V. Mohta, His Lordship then was and Smt. Bharati H Dangre, J). The above Civil Applications have been placed before this Division Bench as per the extant administrative order.

Having perused the Civil Applications and having heard the learned counsel appearing for the Applicants, we do not find any justifiable reason to recall the said Judgment and Order dated 18th September 2017. However, we would only clarify that in such of the cases where proposal has not been forwarded, the management to see to it that the proposal is forwarded to the concerned Education Officers. The above Civil Applications are accordingly disposed of.
