The challenge in this petition is to the order dated 14.09.2017, where the interim compensation has been fixed at the rate of Rs.1900/- per month. As the original Civil Suit itself was of the year 1990 (Civil Suit No.430/1990), without going into the merits of the matter, it would be appropriate that, the learned District Judge shall make an endeavor to dispose of the appeal as early as possible, preferably within a period of six months from today.

All contentions of the parties on merits are expressly kept open. Petition is disposed of in the above terms. No costs. (G.S.KULKARNI, J)
