This Civil Application is filed by Mr. Sureshkumar Ramchandra Nalawade, who is Superintendent Engineer of Respondent No.3. His case is that the Petitioner has made personal allegations against him and therefore, to defend himself in his personal capacity he is necessary in the present Petition. Government Pleader is appearing for Respondent No.3 in his official capacity. We do not require the presence of the Applicant in the present litigation. As of now we have not taken cognizance of the personal allegations that may have been made against the Applicant by the Petitioner. In view thereof, the Civil Application is dismissed.
