After arguing for some time, the learned Counsel for the applicant seeks leave to withdraw the present application. It appears that vide order daed 28th January, 2014, this Court was pleased to expedite the trial in the said case. The said order has been passed in an application preferred by the co-accused being Bail Application No. 38 of 2015. Para 2 of the said order reads thus:
"2. The trial Court is directed to commence and complete the trial in Session Case No. 282 of 2014 arising out of C.R. No. 430 of 2013 at the earliest and in any event by the end of September, 2015."

If, for any reason, for no fault of the applicant, the trial is not completed by the end of September, 2015, the applicant is at liberty to renew his prayer. Accordingly, the application is disposed of as withdrawn. REVATI MOHITE DERE, J.
