Today also, the learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner is seeking time on the ground that, she has no instructions to proceed with the matter.
The learned counsel for the Respondent No.1 opposed the prayer for adjournment.
It appears from record that, the Petitioner is not serious enough in prosecuting the present Petition.
