Petition was argued for some time. After Mr. Nankani brought to the notice of this court the order dated 10.08.2018 passed in Writ Petition No. 8011 of 2018, order dated 26.11.2018 in Writ Petition No. 132443 of 2018 and order dated 04.082021 in Writ Petition No. 3241 of 2021 and when we informed Ms. Ruparel that we are not inclined to entertain the Petition but to dismiss with costs Ms. Ruparel, on instructions, sought leave of the court to withdraw the Petition. Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.

5.wp.15593.2022.doc We clarify that we have not gone in to the merits of the matter.

Mr. Nankani informed that the hearing is fixed tomorrow, i.e., 02.02.2023 before Respondent No.1. Ms. Ruparel states that Petitioner would attend the hearing tomorrow, i.e., 02.02.2023, would participate in the proceedings and Petitioner will co-operate in expeditious disposal of the said proceeding before Respondent No.1. All rights and contentions of the parties are kept open after the proceedings attain finality.
