At the outset, Mr. Nitin B. Patil, learned counsel for the applicant restricts his relief to prayer clause (a1) which reads thus :- " That this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to direct that to decide the bail application of the applicant pending before the Special MCOCA Court, Pune within seven days. "

The learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant has been arrested on 29/04/2018 in Crime No.531/2017 and that the his bail application i.e. MCOCA Case No.15/2018 is pending before the Sessions Judge, Pune for a considerable time. 3.

Hence, the learned Special Judge is directed to dispose of the Bail 1/2
