The matter is listed on board for extension of time to conclude the trial. A communication has been received from the learned Trial Court that time to conclude the trial be extended by a period of three months.

This Court vide order dated 10th March 2015 had expedited the trial and directed the Trial Court to conclude the same within a period of six months. Thereafter extension was granted by this Court. For the reasons stated in the request letter forwarded by the Trial Court, time to conclude the trial is further extended by a further period of three months. Registrar (Judicial-I) to communicate this order to the Trial Court.
