Not on board. At the request of learned counsel for the petitioners, matter is taken on board for urgent orders. 2.

The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that they preferred Revision Application No.188 of 2014 under Section 257 of the Maharashtra Land Revenue Code, 1966 before the Respondent No.1 i.e. Hon'ble Revenue Minister, Mantralaya, Mumbai challenging the order dated 20th October 2014 passed by the Learned Additional Commissioner, Pune Division, Pune in RTS, (Solapur) Appeal No.863 of 2012. He submits that they filed Revision Application before Respondent No.1 on 03rd December 2014 and also preferred Civil Application for Stay. He submits that N.S. Kamble page 1 of 2

p2-wp-8889-2016 since then neither the Civil Application nor the Revision Application is decided by concerned authority. Hence, he has moved this Court. He submits that if this Court directs the Respondent No.1 to decide Revision Application 188 of 2014 within particular time, he has instructions to not to press this petition.

The learned counsel for the petitioner given in writing on Farad that he has instructions to withdraw present Petition. The said Farad is taken on record and marked 'X' for identification. 4.

Considering submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, as the Revision Application No.188 of 2014 along with Civil Application is pending before Respondent No.1 for hearing since 03rd December 2014 the following order is passed.

ORDER

(i) Respondent No.1 is directed to decide Revision Application No.188 of 2014 with Civil Application as early as possible in any case with in 6 months on its own merits. (ii) Writ Petition is stand disposed of as withdrawn. (iii) No order as to costs.
