This petition can be disposed of on a short count. The appeal filed by the petitioner is pending before the College Tribunal. By the impugned order dated 28th November 2019 the Tribunal has vacated the interim relief granted earlier. The only contention on behalf of the petitioner is that the said interim relief may be restored.

The learned counsel for respondent No.1 states that in the event this Court is inclined to restore the interim relief, the appeal may be directed to be disposed of expeditiously. N.S. Kamble page 1 of 2

In that view of the matter the petition is allowed. The impugned order is hereby set aside. The interim relief granted by the College Tribunal on 23rd September 2019 stands restored. The College Tribunal shall hear and decide the appeal as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of six months from the receipt hereof. In the circumstances, there shall be no order as to costs.
