1) Perusal of all the complaints lodged by the Petitioner with various Police Authorities clearly indicates that, no specific date and/or time of alleged commission of cognizable offence is mentioned in it. The complaints are as vague as possible and according to us, no cognizable offence is disclosed therein. Most of the complaints annexed to the Petition are in the form of notices addressed by the Advocate of the Petitioner to the Senior Inspector of Police, Pydhonie Police Station, Mumbai, which cannot be considered as complaint(s) under Section 151 of Criminal Procedure Code. 2) We find that, there are no merits in the Petition. Petition is accordingly dismissed.
