No.2/2003 and judgment dated 23.02.2006 passed by the learned Adhoc Additional District Judge Nasik in Civil Appeal No.272/2004.

To that effect, he made an endorsement on a farad. Same is taken on record and marked "X" for identification. Same is permitted.
