Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the question involved in these petitions has been considered and decided by the Court in various orders form time to time including the order dated 21.6.2016 passed in WP No. 6243 of 2016 in the case of

In view of the aforesaid, we dispose of these petitions by directing the respondent no.2 to direct the concerned officer to delete the entries of reservation of the project affected persons from the other right column in respect of the lands in question. 4.
