P.C. :- The above Civil Application has been filed for deletion of paragraph 7 from the Writ Petition. The Petitioner/Applicant thereafter has also filed a purshis bearing today's date for deletion of paragraph 8. During the course of the hearing of the above Civil Application. The learned counsel appearing for the Respondent No.1 Mr. Deshpande, drew the Court's attention to the averments in paragraph 6 which according to the learned counsel are also objectionable. 2] Upon this, the Petitioner/Applicant who appears in person, tenders another application bearing today's date for withdrawal of the above Petition with liberty to file a fresh Petition challenging the order which is impugned in the above order. The Petition is, accordingly, allowed to be withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. The application 1/2
