She also states that in view of Bailiff's report dated 17/06/2014, the Respondent is avoiding service of summons. In the circumstances, Appellant press for substituted service by pasting the Notices on the conspicuous part of the premises of the Respondent described in the cause title. From the report of the Bailiff, there is reasons to believe that Respondent is avoiding service, hence substituted service is

allowed. The Respondent be served by affixing copy of summons upon conspicuous part of the premises of the Respondent described in the cause title. It is further directed that Bailiff shall file Affidavit, in support of the report of service of summons, returnable after 10 weeks.
