The Applicant is seeking his release on bail in connection with C.R.No.I 56 of 2016 registered at DCB, CID, UnitII, Mumbai, under sections 328, 392 and 411 r/w. 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Today, no one appears for the applicant. The applicant had earlier filed Criminal Bail Application No.2048 of 2019 claiming the same relief in connection with the same offence. This court (Coram: Sandeep K. Shinde, J.) vide order dated 18/11/2019 had rejected that application. That order records that Digitally signed by VINOD BHASKAR GOKHALE Date:

the applicant and his associates were arrested and he was granted bail on 19/05/2016. The applicant was directed to furnish surety; but was permitted provisional cash bail. He had deposited Rs.20000/- on 02/07/2016 and he was released on cash bail, but thereafter he did not appear before the learned Committing court. The Non Bailable Warrant was issued against him to secure his presence. The cash surety was forfeited and proclamation was ordered to be published. The applicant was thereafter apprehended on 05/01/2019. In the meantime, the applicant had committed three more offences of similar nature. These offences were C.R.No.313 of 2016 at Ahmednagar, C.R.No.76 of 2016 at Nagpur and C.R.No.237 of 2016 at Nagpur. Considering this backdrop, this court had rejected Criminal Bail Application No.2048 of 2019. Thereafter the applicant has preferred the present bail application.

Today, learned APP, on instructions, stated that the applicant was granted temporary bail for 45 days because of spread of pandemic. When he came out on bail he again committed six more offences under the jurisdiction of various

police stations in Hyderabad, Gulbarga, Varcha police station at Gujrat, Pune and Solapur. All the offences were under sections 457 and 380 of IPC. A copy of chart of those offences is provided to the court. It is taken on record and marked '

X' for identification.

Considering the conduct of the applicant, he cannot be released on bail.

The application, therefore, stands rejected.
