The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Respondent No.1 states that an amount of Rs.1,00,000/- has been deposited by the Petitioner with the Respondent No.1 yesterday, and therefore, at present no steps would be taken to attach the moveables of the Petitioner. Statement accepted. The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Petitioner Shri A K Patil states that the Petitioner would be satisfied if the Revision which is pending before the Divisional Joint Registrar, Nashik is directed to be heard and disposed of expeditiously.

Since the Revision is slated to come up on 16/01/2017, the Revisionary Authority may hear and decide the same latest by 28/02/2017. lgc
