None for the Petitioners in the above Petition. The Learned Additional PP Dr. F. R. Shaikh tenders report bearing today's date i.e. 4-4-2018 of the Senior Inspector of Police, Govandi, Police Station, Mumbai. A perusal of the said report discloses that the police have filed a C summary report in so far as C. R. No.165 of 2014 which is the subject matter of the above Petitions. In view thereof, the relief sought in the above Petitions has turned infructuous. The above Petitions are accordingly disposed of as having turned infructuous. It would be contingent upon the orders that would be passed by the concerned Trial Court that the Petitioners in each of the above Petitions can decide the future course of action.
