On 5th April 2017, the above writ petition was dismissed by the Registrar (Judicial) for non removal of office objections. The learned Counsel for the Applicant has made the necessary averments in paragraph 5 of the civil application, explaining the circumstances under which the office objections could not be removed within the stipulated time. Today, the learned Counsel for the Applicant makes a statement that within two weeks from today he will remove all office objections.

In above circumstances, we restore the writ petition to the file by condoning delay, as the said delay is properly explained by making necessary averments in paragraph 7. Hence, civil application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (b) (c) and (d). Civil Application stands disposed of.
