Prisoner complains of harassment in prison. This letter is written on 09/11/2017.

Learned APP has today in court submitted a report sent to him by the Superintendent, Taloja Central Prison dated 08/12/2017. It is taken on record as Exh. "A". 3.

After three years, we are not inclined to look into the matter. If the grievance still survives, the prisoner can approach this court again.

However, we direct the Registry of this court to forward the said letter and report received today at Exh. "A" to the concerned nilegaonkar 1/2
