Having heard learned Counsel for the applicant and the learned Special Public Prosecutor for a considerable time, when this Court declined to entertain the Revision challenging the interlocutory order dated 25.09.2023 passed by the Special Court, CBI below Exh. 345, learned Counsel for the applicant seeks to withdraw the Revision Application.

The Revision Application is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to move the appropriate Court.

In case, the applicant moves an application for adjournment, the trial Court may consider granting adjournment for a limited period to enable the applicant to challenge the impugned order before the appropriate Court.
