After hearing the matter for sometime, when the Court was not inclined to grant any relief, Mr. Ponda, the learned Counsel for the applicant, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw this application. It is also submitted that the applicant be permitted to surrender before the Investigating Officer on 6th December, 2018. In view of the aforesaid submission, application is allowed to be withdrawn. The applicant is permitted to surrender before the concerned Investigating Officer on 6th December, 2018 at 11.00 am. 2.
