Learned counsel for the Applicant-Insurance Company submits that, the entire decreetal amount is deposited in the Tribunal. 3.

In view thereof, the stay is granted to the execution of the impugned 'Judgment and Award' till the decision of the Appeal. 4.

The amount of Rs.25,000/-, which is deposited as a statutory deposit in this Court, be transferred to the concerned Tribunal. 5.
