1] The applicant was granted interim relief by an Order dated 8th August 2018 and was directed to attend the Investigating Officer as and when called for, to join the process of investigation. 2] The learned counsel for the applicant on instructions submitted that the applicant has already deposited the alleged sum of Rs.1.05,370/- with M/s Torrant Electricity Provider Company.

The learned APP on instructions concedes to the said fact. 3] In view thereof, interim relief granted by an Order dated 8th August 2018 is hereby confirmed.
