The Petitioenr, who is appearing in person, states that the matter has been amicably settled between the parties and a decree of divorce is granted by the Family Court at Nashik. According to her, nothing survives in the Writ Petition to be adjudicated upon and, therefore, she seeks permission to withdraw the Writ Petition.
