This is an application under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for bail in CR No.289/2015 registered with Yawat Police Station, District Pune under Sections 302, 324, 323 read with 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the applicant and the learned Perused the record of investigation . 3.

The record indicates that in the present crime the applicant has been arrested on 6.10.2015 and after completion of investigation the police have submitted chargesheet. That, the trial Court has framed charge on - Page-1/2

In view of the fact that, the applicant is in Jail since 6.10.2015. The learned Additional Sessions Judge, Baramati, District Pune seized of Sessions Case No.45 of 2016 arising out of CR No.289/2015 registered with Yawat Police Station, District Pune is hereby directed to expedite the hearing of the said case and to make an endeavor to conclude the same within a period of nine months from today.

The applicant is at liberty to file a fresh application for bail if the trial of the aforesaid case is not completed within the aforesaid period. 6.

Application is disposed off with the aforesaid terms. Parties to act on a copy of this Order duly authenticated by the registry of this Court.
