Heard the learned counsel for the Petitioner. The learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that during the pendency of the present Writ Petition, provisional liquidator is appointed for Respondent no.3. He submits that in lieu of subsequent development, he seeks liberty to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to file application before the Respondent no.3. To that effect, he has given in writing. Same is taken on record and marked "X" for its identification. Same is accepted. Writ Petition stands disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed. No order as to costs.
