The applicant and respondent No.2 have amicably settled the dispute in view of the Consent Terms dated 10th November, 2023 tendered on record today. The Consent Terms are signed by the applicant as well as respondent No.2 and their respective Advocates. The parties are not present before the Court. Counsel for applicant and respondent No.2, on instructions, submit that the parties have agreed with the recitals of the Consent Terms and thereafter put their signatures. The Consent Terms are taken on record and marked "X" for identification.

Permission to compound the offence is granted. 3.

In view of the Consent Terms, Criminal Revision Application stands disposed of. Order dated 13th January, 2021 passed by the learned Metropolitan Magistrate, 33rd Court, Ballard Pier, Mumbai in C.C. No.6669/SS/2016 and learned Additional Sessions Judge, City Civil and Sessions Court, Greater Bombay in Criminal Appeal No.30 of 2021 dated 20th September, 2023 are quashed and set aside.

Applicant - Original Accused No.3 - Kishor Kumar Agrawal is acquitted of the offence punishable under section 138 of the Negotiation of Instruments Act, 1881. His bail bond stands cancelled.
