In Crime No. 228 of 2018 for the offence punishable under Sections 326, 341, 323, 504, 506 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code Applicants came to be arrested on 19th October 2018 and were subjected to custodial interrogation. During investigation the vehicle and the weapon used in the commission of crime is seized. 2.
The victim was already discharged from the private hospital where he was administered treatment for three days from the date of the crime in question. There are no criminal antecedents.

In the wake of above and as the Applicants have co-operated in investigation, in my opinion, case for grant of bail is made out. Hence, the following order.
ORDER
(A) The Applicants be released in Crime No. 228 of 2018 punishable under Sections 326, 341, 323, 504, 506 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code upon executing PR bond of Rs.15,000/- each with two sureties in the like amount.
(B) The Applicants shall attend the Investigating Officer as and when called.
(C) The Applicants shall submit their contact numbers to the Investigating Officer within a period of three days from today. (D) Applicants shall keep themselves away from the jurisdiction of the police station till filing of chargesheet.
(E) In case if it is noticed that the Applicants are involved in similar type of offence in future, the prosecution will be at liberty to move for cancellation of the bail.
