This Court, in the case of Gurudassing Nawoosing Panjwani vs. The State of Maharashtra & Ors.1 has held that revision petition is maintainable before the State Government against any order made by the Additional Commissioner, Konkan Division, in exercise of revisional jurisdiction.

3] This petition is therefore not entertained, however liberty is granted to the petitioner to avail alternate remedy, as aforesaid. 4] All contentions of all parties are left open. 5] Writ petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to avail the alternate remedy.
