Having heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned APP for the State, we deem it convenient to dispose of this petition by passing following order :

1.

The Commissioner of Police, Navi Mumbai to consider and dispose of the petitioners' complaint dated 22nd December, 2014, a copy of which is annexed at page 34, "Exhibit B" as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of this order.

2.

The Commissioner of Police before passing any order, shall give personal hearing to the petitioner and allow him to produce documents in support of his contentions.
