Mr.Anil Shah, Chairman of the Petitioner No.1 who appears in person seeks leave to withdraw this petition with liberty to agitate all the issues as urged at this petition in the adjudication of the pending suit.

The petitioners are permitted to approach the learned trial Judge with a request to expedite the hearing of the suit, the suit being of the year 2013.
