P.C. :- By these civil applications, the applicant - M/s. Parag Corporation seeking condonation of delay of about 19 days in instituting their respective appeals. The delay is quiet short and sufficient cause has been shown. The applicant stated that on account of vacation, they were enable to contact their advocates and further, some time was spent since the advocates had proceeded on vacation. The delay can be condoned subject to payment of some reasonable costs in favour of respondent No.1 - Gango Cooperative Housing Society Ltd., which, through their counsel Ms Sumedha Rao, has vehemently opposed the applications seeking condonation of delay. Accordingly, both the civil applications seeking condonation 1/2
