Heard learned counsel appearing for the applicant and learned AGP for the respondent no.2. No affidavit-in-reply is filed by any of the respondents though served. I have perused the averments made in the civil application.

I am satisfied that the applicant has sufficiently explained the delay of 1 year and 114 days in the civil application and bringing the legal heirs of the deceased original petitioner on record. 3.

Civil application is disposed of in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b). Amendment to be carried out within one week from today.
