P.C. :- The Petitioner seeks implementation of the order dated 11/19 August 2015 passed by the Education Officer (Secondary), Zilla Parishad, Nasik.

In the order itself the Education Officer has indicated that if the management does not take steps as directed, the Education Officer will proceed to take suitable action. The Education Officer, if he has already expressed that the Respondent - management should comply with its directions and if the Respondent - management does not comply, he will take suitable

WP 888.16.sxw action, must proceed to do so unless the order passed by the Education Officer is modified or set aside.

The learned AGP states that this order will be communicated to the Education Officer (Secondary), Zilla Parishad, Nasik for necessary action.

Since the order of the Education Officer is not challenged in this Petition, I have not examined the legality of the same.

Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of.
