This application is for carrying out amendment in Writ Petition by placing on record certain documents such as Sale Deed etc. 3.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the Applicant and reasons disclosed in para 6 and 7 of the Application, we are satisfied that the Applicant has made out a case for mms

(11) caw-883-18.doc allowing this Civil Application. Hence the following order. : ORDER :

a) Civil Application No.883 of 2018 is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a) which reads thus, "(a) That this Hon'ble Court be pleased to permit the Applicant to amend the Petition by carrying out the necessary amendments as per the Schedule."

b) Amendment to be carried out within four weeks from today, failing which the Civil Application shall stand dismissed without referring back to the Court.

c) If amendment is carried out within stipulated time as stated hereinabove, the Applicant to serve amended copy of the Writ Petition on other side within four weeks from the date of amendment and to file Affidavit of service to that effect.
