Heard learned counsel for the parties.

This is the third bail application preferred by the applicant. The first bail application of the applicant was rejected on merits by this Court (Coram: Revati Mohite Dere, J.) vide order dated 15th April, 2015, in Criminal Bail Application No.519 of 2015. The second bail application of the applicant was dismissed as withdrawn by this Court vide order dated

2/3 22nd June, 2016, in Criminal Bail Application No.287 of 2016. 3.

Learned Counsel for the applicant states that the prosecution has failed to produce the certificate as required under Section 65B of the Indian Evidence Act, to prove the E-mails.

Learned Special Public Prosecutor makes a statement that the prosecution is in the process of obtaining the certificate as required under Section 65B to prove the authenticity of the E-mails. He also submitted that the trial had commenced and that 6 witnesses have been examined till date and that 10 more witnesses are required to be examined in the said case.

In view of the statement made by learned Special Public Prosecutor, the Application is rejected and disposed of as such. 6.

Considering the fact, that the trial has already commenced and 6 witnesses have been examined till date, the trial Court shall make an endeavour to conclude the trial, as expeditiously as possible and

3/3 preferably within six months from the date of receipt of this order. 7.

The parties to co-operate with the trial Court in the conduct of the case.
