This is an application for transit anticipatory bail. The applicant is apprehending the arrest in CR No.203 of 2015 registered with Mansarover Police Station, Jaipur South, State of Rajasthan.

The learned Counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant will approach the competent Court having jurisdiction at Jaipur, State of Rajasthan within a period of two weeks from today and till that time the applicant may be protected by an order of anticipatory bail. In view of the above, the following order:

(i) In the event of arrest of applicant in CR No.203 of 2015 registered with Mansarover Police Station, Jaipur South, State of Rajasthan, by the Maharashtra State Police

Dond 2/2 aba.1874-2015.sxw or Mansarover Police Station, Jaipur South, the applicant shall be released on his furnishing PR bond of Rs.1 lac with one or two solvent sureties in the like amount. (ii) The applicant shall not tamper with the evidence and/or influence the prosecution witnesses.

(iii) Interim protection granted to the applicant for two weeks shall not be extended on any count.
