By the interim application, the Applicant has requested this Court to cancel the Vakalatnama of Advocate Mr.Jaydeep Mane and to grant him permission to appoint Advocate Mr.Matin Shaikh. 2.

The Applicant will be at liberty to appoint any advocate of his choice, if he so desires and for that purpose this Court's permission is not necessary.

Record indicates that, as the advocate on record for applicant/ appellant was not appearing in Criminal Appeal No.46 of 2015, by MANISH SURESH THATTE MANISH SURESH THATTE Date: 2022.12.09 16:35:18 +0530 an Order dated 1st August 2022 this Court directed the High Court Legal Services Committed, Mumbai to appoint an advocate from its panel to espouse the cause of appellant. The High Court Legal

It is therefore made clear that, appointment of Advocate Mr.Kushal Mor will continue till disposal of of present appeal. 4.
