Having regard to the grievance made by the applicant vide this application sent through jail that in spite of the offence being committed in the year 2012 and himself being in custody for a long period, the trial seems having not commenced. 2.

The application is disposed of with direction to the Court of Session at Bombay seized with Session Case No. 302 of 2013 arising out of Vishal 1/2

8-ba-2710-2014 C.R. No.329 of 2012 registered with Ghatkopar police station to commence and complete the said trial as expeditiously as possible and in any event by the end of June, 2015.

Inform further to send report of commencement of trial to this Court after it has commenced.

Registry to send copy of the order to the accused in custody.

The learned advocate for the applicant is entitled for the fees as per the rules.
