None appears for the applicant when the matter was called out. By this civil application, the applicant seeks condonation of delay of 219 days in filing second appeal.

This Court has proposed to hear the second appeal itself on its own merit while hearing the Second Appeal No.673 of 2014. In view of both the appellants having impugned the same judgment and decree, I am inclined to condone the delay of 219 days in filing second appeal.
