Mr. Deshmukh, learned counsel for the petitioner, at the outset, stated that the petitioner does not press for the relief claimed in prayer clause (B). The statement is accepted. 2.

So far as relief claimed in prayer clause (A) is concerned, the petitioner is seeking direction to the respondents to register FIR on the basis of petitioner's various complaints. Ms. Shinde, learned APP, on instructions of the concerned officer - Mr.Vikram Patil, PSI, makes a statement that on the basis of the petitioner's complaints, FIR was registered and after completion of the investigation, charge-sheet is also filed before the concerned magistrate and the same is numbered as C.C.No.03/MISC/2017.

Mr. Deshmukh, learned counsel for the petitioner, makes a grievance that appropriate sections of Indian Penal Code, 1860, are not applied in the charge-sheet. The petitioner, in that regard, is always at liberty to apply to the concerned Court under the relevant provisions of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973.
